On January 1, 2021, he embarked on a bike ride brimming with energy and a sense of vitality. After pedaling for a mile or two, a burning sensation gripped his chest. Recognizing the seriousness of the symptom, he halted and practiced deep breathing exercises. Glancing at his watch, it read 4:30 in the afternoon. Just then, a call came in from his telecare doctor, whom he had contacted earlier that day. The doctor urgently advised that his symptoms might indicate a heart attack and insisted on heading to the hospital immediately.

Realizing he had been stationary for hours, he rechecked his watch after the call—it was now 8:30 at night, and daylight had faded into darkness. Acknowledging the gravity of the situation, especially considering his family's history of heart issues with his father and grandfather, he hurriedly pedaled back home.
